2026–2027 Annual Lunch Plan

Hello Florida Christian Families,

We at Miami Prime Catering are thrilled to continue partnering with Florida Christian School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Since 2015, we have provided healthy, fresh and delicious meals to students across South Florida — what we consider the purpose of our existence. We have served Florida Christian School since 2017, our longest-standing partnership and one we work to earn again each year. Our à la carte service lets students purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks according to their own preferences, and our Annual Lunch Plan gives families a simpler, faster and more predictable alternative.

Three things we want you to know up front about the coming year:

The plan price is unchanged at $1,800.00 for families who pay by cash or ACH — the same as the 2025–2026 school year.
The plan now covers 169 serving days, four more than last year. That brings the cost per lunch down from $10.91 to $10.65.
New this year: a discount for payment by cash or ACH. Credit card payments are priced at $1,854.00, which reflects what card processing actually costs us. We had absorbed that cost in prior years; this year it is reflected in the price, and any family can avoid it by paying in cash or by ACH.

In the two years since we introduced the Annual Lunch Plan, it has done what we hoped it would: plan students move through the checkout line faster, and families are no longer managing an account balance week to week. This year we are building on that with a broader rotation of entrées and additional fresh, in-house prepared options.

What the Annual Lunch Plan Includes

One (1) choice per day from each category below:

Lunch Meal — Choice of Meal of the Day Combo, Salad Combo, Deli Combo, or Grab and Go Combo. Please note: (Chick-fil-A Sandwich and Fries), and (Acai Bowl and a Drink Only), ARE included in the Annual Lunch Plan. Sushi and specialty menu items are NOT included.
Drink — Choice of bottled water, 100% juice, or fountain drink.
Snack — Choice of freshly made in-house cookie, small fruit cup, or small parfait.

Please note: Half days are NOT INCLUDED in the Annual Lunch Plan. On half days we will offer grab-and-go sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers and similar items, sold à la carte only.

Payment Options

Choose one payment schedule and one payment method. The table shows your total under each combination.

Annual Payment: Due August 11, 2026.
Monthly Payments: Ten (10) installments beginning August 11, 2026 and continuing on the 1st of each month thereafter through May 1, 2027. This option requires a credit card or bank account authorization on file; cash is available for payment in full only.

Enrollment deadline: August 10, 2026, the day before school begins. Enrollment after that date may be accommodated on a prorated basis. If we receive your enrollment after August 10, your first payment will be processed upon enrollment, and meals served before your enrollment is processed will be charged to your student’s à la carte account.

Paying the Annual Lunch Plan in Cash

Cash is accepted for payment in full only. To pay the Annual Lunch Plan in full by cash and receive the discount, please bring your payment to the Main Campus Cafeteria, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on a school day. A written receipt will be issued to you at the time of payment.

Please do not send the cash payment in full for the Annual Lunch Plan to the school office or with your child. Smaller amounts sent in with your child to top up their à la carte account are fine, as always.

À La Carte Account — Required for Every Student

For the 2026–2027 school year, each student lunch account must have a payment method on file. Accounts will be automatically replenished with your predetermined amount when the balance falls below $15.00 (increased from $10.00 last year, so that accounts run low less often mid-week).

EVERY STUDENT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN À LA CARTE ACCOUNT, whether or not they are enrolled in the Annual Lunch Plan. The à la carte account covers anything beyond the lunch, drink and snack included each day.

The À La Carte letter explains how fees work and how to keep the account funded. If you are enrolling in the Annual Lunch Plan, please complete both forms — your enrollment is not complete until we have received both.

Cancellation and Refunds

This Annual Meal Plan is non-cancelable and non-refundable except upon a student’s withdrawal from Florida Christian School.

Written notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@miamiprimecatering.com. Notice given to the school is not notice to Miami Prime Catering. Remaining serving days are counted from the date we receive your written notice.

Annual Payment: We will refund the amount you paid multiplied by (remaining serving days ÷ 169).
Monthly Payments: We will cancel all remaining payments beginning with the month following our receipt of your written notice, and refund any amount paid in excess of the serving days consumed.

Unused Days. The Annual Lunch Plan is a fixed annual price. Days on which a student is absent, does not take a meal, or takes fewer than the included items are not credited or refunded.

School Calendar. The plan follows Florida Christian School’s official calendar. Days lost to weather, emergency closure or calendar revision are not refundable; if the school schedules make-up days, those days will be served under the plan.

Allergies and Dietary Needs

In addition to entering any food allergy or dietary restriction in your Meal Magic account, please email us at info@miamiprimecatering.com before the start of the school year, and again if your child’s needs change during the year. Your Meal Magic account controls what your child is able to purchase; your email is what reaches our kitchen staff directly. We prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
